HEARTWOOD COMMONS
Our community includes eco-friendly privately owned homes clustered around a shared common house and green spaces, all within close walking distance to one another. Each residence will enjoy personal privacy and include all the traditional accommodations, e.g., kitchen, living/dining, bedrooms, ample storage, and front and back porches for outdoor living.

COMMON HOUSE
The common house will be the heart of our community, where we meet to share conversations, meals and activities. It will include a large kitchen and dining area where we can cook together and share meals as often as we want; two guest rooms for when family and friends visit; shared spaces for activities such as yoga, exercise, music jams, art projects, book clubs, movies; and an outdoor living area overlooking the community green.
