HOW TO LEARN MORE AND RESERVE YOUR HOME
As an Explorer you can dig in and learn about the community.
You will receive an extensive preliminary budget along with information about membership and the development process.
You will be given a copy of The Senior Cohousing Handbook by Charles Durrett and learn more about our decision making process that gives everyone a voice.
You'll have the opportunity to participate in business meetings, get to know the group, and see how we work together.
You'll be assigned a "buddy" to help you navigate the process, answer your questions and keep you connected.
At the end of your three month Explorer period, we hope you’ll join us as a full member in creating this community way of living where neighbors become friends.
3. Become a Full Member
Your home selection priority status which allows you to reserve your home is secured when you become a Member.
